Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Use are intended to define the conditions and operational guidelines for the use of services provided by MELTEK (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).

Article 2 (Definitions)

The key terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

1. Member: A user who agrees to the Terms, provides personal information, registers as a member, enters into a service agreement with the Site, and uses the Site.
2. Service Agreement: A contract established between the Site and a Member regarding the use of the Site.
3. Member ID (ID): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each Member for identification and service use.
4. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member to verify identity and protect rights.
5. Administrator: The person who establishes and operates the website service.
6. Termination: Cancellation of the service agreement by the Member.

Article 3 (Rules Outside the Terms)

The Administrator may announce separate operational policies when necessary. If these Terms conflict with such policies, the operational policies shall prevail.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Service Agreement)

1. The service agreement is established when a user agrees to these Terms and the Administrator approves the membership application.
2. Users applying for membership indicate agreement to these Terms by selecting “Agree” during registration.

Article 5 (Application for Service Use)

1. Users applying for membership must provide the requested information (ID, password, nickname, etc.).
2. Members who provide false information or misuse another person’s information may not claim any rights related to site use and may be subject to legal penalties.

Article 6 (Privacy Policy)

The Site and Administrator do not store passwords provided during membership registration. Related matters follow the Site’s Privacy Policy.

The Administrator makes efforts to protect Members’ personal information in accordance with applicable laws and the Site’s Privacy Policy.

However, the Administrator is not responsible for information exposed due to the Member’s own fault.

If illegal content violating public order or national security is posted, the Administrator may review and submit related information to relevant authorities upon request.

Article 7 (Obligations of the Administrator)

1. The Administrator will promptly process reasonable opinions or complaints submitted by Members whenever possible.
2. To ensure stable service, the Administrator may request repair or recovery when equipment failures occur. Service operation may be temporarily suspended due to unavoidable circumstances or force majeure.

Article 8 (Obligations of Members)

1. Members must comply with these Terms, operational policies, notices, and applicable laws.
2. Members may not transfer or assign service usage rights without explicit consent from the Site.
3. Members must carefully manage their ID and password and may not share them with third parties without permission.
4. Members must not infringe intellectual property rights of the Site, Administrator, or third parties.

Article 9 (Service Hours)

1. In principle, services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year unless technical or operational issues occur.
2. Services may be temporarily or permanently suspended without prior notice in cases such as system maintenance, force majeure, telecommunications interruptions, or excessive traffic.

Article 10 (Termination of Service Use)

1. Members wishing to terminate their service agreement must apply for cancellation online.
2. Upon termination, related data may be automatically removed from the system.

Article 11 (Restriction of Service Use)

Members must not engage in the following activities. Violations may result in service restrictions or termination:

• Providing false information during registration
• Interfering with other users’ access
• Impersonating administrators or related personnel
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Unauthorized use of another Member’s ID
• Collecting or disclosing personal information without consent
• Activities related to criminal conduct
• Any actions violating applicable laws

Article 12 (Management of Posts)

1. The Administrator is responsible for managing posted content and may remove inappropriate materials.
2. Content may be removed without prior consent if requested by relevant authorities.
3. Content may be considered inappropriate if it:
   • Damages reputation or dignity
   • Violates public order or morality
   • Encourages illegal activities
   • Promotes commercial advertising without permission
   • Infringes intellectual property rights
   • Violates applicable laws

Article 13 (Retention of Posts)

If the Site must cease operation, the Administrator will provide prior notice and take measures to preserve Members’ content where possible.

Article 14 (Copyright of Posts)

1. Copyright of content posted by Members belongs to the Member. The Site may not use content commercially without consent.
2. Members may not commercially use materials obtained through the Site without permission.
3. The Administrator may remove or refuse content violating these Terms.

Article 15 (Compensation for Damages)

1. Legal responsibility for actions on the Site primarily lies with the Member.
2. The Site is not liable for damages caused by force majeure or Member negligence.

Article 16 (Disclaimer)

The Administrator is not responsible for:

• Failure to obtain expected benefits from the service
• Service interruptions due to telecommunications issues
• Accuracy or reliability of posted content
• Disputes between Members or third parties
• System failures caused by unavoidable circumstances
• Losses caused by force majeure or external attacks

These Terms shall take effect from the date of website establishment.
